Always clean the vegetables and other products before using them. The utensils that are to be used or already being used must be washed properly. Use sponges, soaps and hot water for cleaning the utensils. When you cut the vegetables and meats wash the boards before and after cutting them. Sometimes you may use brush to clean the dirt of the vegetables and fruits. The lettuce leaves must be washed separately. After peeling off the fruits ad vegetables wash them. Be sure that you are keeping the fish and raw meats away from the other foods and vegetables.

Keep in mind that if you have boiled eggs in your refrigerator use it within three days. The eggs must be hard boiled. The seafoods must be well- cooked. Avoid raw oysters. While cooking fish be sure that the fish is cooked well.
